**REGISTRATION INFORMATION 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR**
**7th grade students must bring proof of updated required immunizations. All students must have a TN shot record showing that all vaccinations are up to date. This is mandatory. You can check with your child's physician or TN Health Department.
** If your child has medical needs please be sure to contact the school nurse.
** If you are a new student to the Collinwood School System and need to register after August 6, please contact our school counselor, Mary Lauren Garner, at 931-724-9510.
