**REGISTRATION INFORMATION 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR**

We will post the online registration link around the end of July 2024.

**All students must have a TN shot record showing that all vaccinations are up to date. This is mandatory. You can check with your child's physician or TN Health Department. 

**If you are a new student to the Collinwood School System and need to register, please contact our school counselor, Mary Lauren Garner, at 931-724-9510.
